What is a Single PowerSite?
A Single PowerSite is a Website dedicated to showcasing a single property. Our user-friendly application allows you to easily create an exclusive customized Website that will add a new dimension to your marketing and move your listings! - All for less than the cost of a newspaper ad!
How Does it Work?
Simply register by clicking on the Register link . Then click the "Create New PowerSite" button, which takes you to the admin page and allows you to easily add detailed content and up to 100 photos of the property. Choose from our professionally designed templates, and you will be ready to "activate" your site. Just select a unique Website address (e.g. www.185ivybrook.com) pay using a credit card, and your PropertySite will be live in less than an hour!
What is Included?
The PowerSite includes the registration of a dedicated domain name of your choosing, Web hosting for 12 months, and unlimited changes to your WebSite. There are no monthly charges! Single PowerSites may be extended for longer than a year for a minimal fee. PowerSites purchased in discount packages are only applied when you activate a specific Single Property WebSite and do not expire until used.
Where Do I Start?
Click on the link at the top of the page and complete the Registration Form. You will then be able to create your first PowerSite. Remember, you pay nothing to create and preview a PowerSite - so it can be used in all of your pre-listing presentations. PowerSite Showcase: Available from our tools menu within your account, this feature allows you to easily place an up-to-the-minute display of all of your PowerSites with thumbnail images on your own Website. You (or your Webmaster) can post the URL on your own site - one time- that will allow for a beautiful and current display of all of your PowerSites.
